Richard Sullivan
Richard Sullivan, MD, PhD, is Professor in Cancer Policy & Global Health at Kings College London and Director of the Kings Institute of Cancer Policy where he leads the cancer global health program. He is Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Catolica, Chile, and on the Kings Marjan Centre for Conflict & Conservation. He holds a PhD in cell signalling and has a background in pharmaceutical R&D. He has previously studied complex healthcare systems as well as the national security implications of global health. Richard’s global health programmes extend from the public policy of global cancer, to the development of public health systems in high-risk, conflict areas focusing on DR Congo, Afghanistan, Syria & Libya.
