Questionnaires

Please complete our Provider Questionnaire (link below) in your designated language and distribute the links widely to other providers in low- and middle-income countries.

In many low-resource settings, we know that access to surgery and anaesthesia is very limited and we would like your thoughts on how this could be improved.  This questionnaire is for providers who work in low- or middle-income countries.  Your responses will help guide the work of the Commission.  The questionnaire should take approximately five minutes to complete and answers will be completely anonymous.  Please distribute the questionnaire to other providers and organizations as well.
